Hurricanes:
While weather in Orlando is usually very nice from time to time heavy storms come through as a result of a hurricane. Hurricane season runs from June through November.

For the most part, Orlando does not get hurricanes – it’s too far inland. They do, however, get strong winds and rain from hurricanes that have hit nearby.
